Hamburger Salad
Craving a burger? Don’t worry! With this recipe, you’re 10 minutes away from a delicious, low-carb, and satisfying meal. You can kick that craving, while sticking to your body goals!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 1 lb 90% lean ground beef, generously seasoned with your favorite seasoning
• 7 oz arugula
• 4 oz sliced red onion
• 1 oz shaved Parmesan
• 20 cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 2 oz olive oil
• 1 oz red wine vinegar
• salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat sprayed frying pan on stove.
2. Season meat and divide into 4 thin patty’s.
3. Cook in pan, about 4 minutes each side.
4. Add arugula, red onion, tomatoes, & Parmesan to bowl and mix.
5. Toss with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
6. Add patties on top of salad.
7. Enjoy!
