PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Private Personal Training gives you the most individualized health and fitness program. A dedicated trainer works with you one-on-one to to customize the Strength Happens method so that you can achieve your health and fitness related goals and live life to the fullest.
If you’re interested in the extra customization private training offers, but prefer to workout with a friend or two with you, our trainers are also available to lead semi-private groups of up to 3 people.
Additionally trainers can join you outside the gym to help teach you learn new activities like mountain biking, surfing, or even swimming.

What is semi-private training?
Semi-private training is very similar to one-on-one personal training, with the exception that you have there is one trainer who leads up to 3 clients. This is a perfect option for people who like the social aspect of working out, but who don’t want to be in a large group or with people they don’t know.

Our trainers are equipped with proper body mechanic knowledge and training methods that can help you engage in activities like yoga, surfing, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, dirt biking, and running. We can also train you for fitness competitions, or create customized strength programs for athletes.
