Ginger Sesame Chicken Salad
This salad is so delicious and filling, you’ll be surprised you are eating healthy. It also only takes a few minutes to throw together, making it a perfect weekday dinner!
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
2 cups of spring mix
1/4 of a cucumber (cubed or diced)
1-2 slices red onion diced
1/4 cup shaved Brussel sprouts
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
6oz of chicken (we used pre-made “Just Chicken” from Trader Joe’s)
2 oz Annie’s Sesame Ginger dressing
